“My artistic research focuses on subject matters with mystic and symbolic properties, such as Sacred Geometry, Alchemy, Kabbalah and Astrology, which have been attracting human interests since the beginning of time.
The challenge I undertake is that of linking these themes with more contemporary and scientific fields, such as Biology, Quantum Physics and Astronomy, thus allowing a more truthful aspect to the overall vision.”

LEONARDO PETRUCCI (Grosseto, 1986)
He studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma presenting
a thesis on the relationship between art and alchemy, a research field which is still influencing his practice.
Since 2012 he has been working in his studio based in the Pastificio Cerere, in San Lorenzo, Rome. His artworks have been exhibited in many galleries and included in various solo and collective shows, both nationally and internationally.
