The future is here, somewhere is composed of a lecture performance - The future is here, somewhere, L'Aquila - realised for PERFORMATIVE03 (MAXXI L’Aquila Festival) on September 16th at Palazzetto dei Nobili and a digital piece conceived

for the MAXXIVERSO. 

The project is part of a broader research that Numero Cromatico is conducting on the activation of conscious and unconscious cognitive and sensorial processes in the audience, on the employment of artificial intelligence as a tool for art production, and on the use of text as a medium for enhancing the physical and synaesthetic power of words.

The future is here, somewhere evokes a future meant as a way of perceiving and imagining, as a posture of the human being, as something that is formed and transformed in the course of history, where future and progress seem not to correspond anymore.
Numero Cromatico looks to the future in the direction of a new pantheism in which human beings, nature, and technology can coexist.
